Appearance & branding

Make the chat widget match your brand.


The chat widget adapts to your brand so it feels like part of your site.

What you can customize

  • Brand colour — applied to the header, buttons, and message bubbles.
  • Logo and chat title — shown at the top of the widget.
  • Widget style — Modern, Bubbly, Sharp, or Minimal.
  • Light or dark mode.
  • Position — bottom-right or bottom-left.
  • Welcome message and suggested questions.

Where to set it

Open your chatbot and go to the Appearance tab. Changes preview live and apply to the embedded widget automatically — no code changes needed.
