Lead capture

Collect visitor details before the conversation starts.


Turn conversations into contacts. Before a chat begins, your assistant can ask visitors for their details, and every lead lands in your dashboard automatically.

How it works

  1. Turn on Lead capture in your chatbot's settings.
  2. Choose what to ask for — name, email, and/or phone.
  3. The form is shown before the chat starts; the chatbot won't continue until it's filled (or skipped, if you allow).
  4. Every captured lead appears in the chatbot's Leads tab.

Getting leads out

  • Export leads from the dashboard.
  • Use webhooks to push new leads into your CRM or email tool in real time (the lead.captured event).
